- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME. The physicians are always running behind & the front desk have poor communication skills when it comes to anything reguarding insurance, payments, & business overall. 9/10 times the attitudes of the employees can be sickening . I'm more than willing to drive the additional 10-15 minutes to another location for better service.August 07, 2017by Dany T
